Oakley at the Methodist Church, Wollongong on October 22nd. The Bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of magnolia bridal satin, and carried a shower bouquet of carnations and tuber roses. The wedding veil was kindly lent by Mrs. Wearne of Wollongong'. Miss Jean and Miss Nancy McHatton attended the bride, and wore frocks of apricot and primrose organdie with sashes of velvet to match. They carried bouquets of roses and pansies in autumn tonings. Mr.Ralston and Mr. S. LePetit attended the bridegroom. The reception was held at the bride's home "Delavel", where the bride's mother wearing a beige frock and hat to match, received the guests. When leaving for the honeymoon, the bride wore a green frock and hat with a beige coat. The couple have taken a flat in Church Street, Wollongong.
